"Challenge: Give Yourself a Present!
So, it's October 1st.In honor of October and the inevitable flow and change that is life, I'm issuing a challenge today (with the help of LOTS of blogging friends) to as many people as possible, and here it is: I want you to give yourself a PRESENT.
You have everything you need right now to be vibrant, happy and fully engaged in the creative process of life. Sometimes you just have to slow down, look around and realize it!
Here’s what I want you to do:
• Snap ten or twelve photos of your life right now. Or find recent photos that you've already taken.
• Compile these photos in one of these super-cute Bazzill Mono-Mini albums (keep reading)
• Keep or carry this album with you, tucked in your purse or desk drawer for one full year.
• Promise to glance through the album every time you stumble upon it or pull it out.
• On October 1st, 2009, create a scrapbook page about your experience.
I just loved working on this little book, I will keep it in a drawer of my desk at my office, so I can peek a lot at it ;)
And last but not least, here is my take on the one little word Keep. Journaling reads:
Look for the dream that keeps coming back. It is your destiny." This picture was taken by myself :) in our back garden with some evening september sun. On that moment I just found out a hour ago, that I didn't get the job I really want. But I felt no despair, because I knew MY job will come some day. When it is the right time... There for the journaling: look for the dream that KEEPs coming back, it is your destiny. I strongly believe that!
We had such a blast last weekend, but I will tell morte about it in a next post!

nou jij hebt zeker niet stil gezeten zeg. wat een lange post! wat een hoop foto's en wat een creatieve uitspattingen. Om te beginnen, super dat album dat je nav Ali's challenge gemaakt hebt. Erg leuk. En hoe gaaf dat je van haar een mailtje terug hebt gekregen! Groter compliment bestaat volgens mij niet.
Dan dat kleine album. Ook zo leuk!
En tenslotte je lo met KEEP. Mooie gedachte erachter! Hoop voor je dat je droom snel uitkomt!
